Statement Concerning COVID-19
Valued Customers and Partners:
We want to inform you that while the safety of our employees, customers, and partners is our highest priority, nanotools is open for business and looking forward to assisting you through these challenging times. We understand how important our products are to your business and we are committed to providing the service and support you have come to expect of us.
We have implemented strict measures to help minimize/prevent the potential virus spread such as:
- limiting employee access only to areas related to their individual tasks
- limiting the office room occupancy to one employee at all times
- enabling employees who can work remotely to do so
- moving all customer and partners visits to phone and/or web meetings
- suspending all business travel until further notice
We will continue to take appropriate action as this situation develops.
While rigorously following the instructions and recommendations of the W.H.O. and the German government, we are also focused on ensuring that nanotools will have enough resources to safely maintain operations in our Munich manufacturing facility and continue to ship products to our valued customers.
We have significantly increased our U.S. inventory levels and are constantly reassessing them to anticipate and address any potential slowdown in deliveries. nanotools USA LLC is strictly following all CDC’s and local official's guidelines to safeguard the health and safety of our employees, partners and our communities.
